Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:

1. telephone on 01295 756824 (West Bar)

2. letter (please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope)

3. emailing us at westbar.scripts@nhs.net

(Please be aware that normal email is not encrypted and so may not be totally secure.)

Please allow two working days before collection. If you telephone, please call between 1.00pm and 4.00pm

West Bar operates a prescription collection service in conjunction with certain chemists. Please ask reception for details.

Attention All Patients
When you put in a request for a repeat prescription in one of the following ways, by post, e-mail or in person by filling in one of the request forms, would you please state what chemist you want to use, and if you want it delivered to your address or if you will be picking the prescription up you’re self. Also do not forget to add you’re Date of birth, Address and you’re usual doctor. If you phone the surgery for a repeat prescription the receptionist will ask you for these details.
